York Retailers Forum
York Retailers Forum consists of representatives from both independent and multiple retailers who have businesses throughout the city, and is chaired by Frank Wood who owns Braithwaites Jewellers.
The forum meets quarterly to discuss various topics including the analysis of the latest trading quarter, to share views and plan ahead. The outcome of the forum is then fed into the City of York Council's Retail Strategy Group which meets a few weeks later and is chaired by the leader of the council Cllr James Alexander.
