    A major research study to understand the future skills needs of employers across Yorkshire is underway and the York Economic Partnership (YEP) would like to hear about your plans and your views on how well the education and training system will be able to respond to these.

    York Businesses are invited to join the YEP at York College, Tadcaster Road to discuss and validate some of the emerging themes and issues arising from the research.

    The YEP wants to equip local people, both now and in the future, with the skills and education that the city needs to support the growth and economic ambitions set out in the York Economic Strategy. Your participation will provide valuable evidence that can be used to help influence training and education provision available locally and across the region, to respond to your changing business growth, skills and employment needs.

    On Wednesday, September 14, there will be a cross networking event at York Art Gallery, under the the watchful gaze of William Etty's stunning nudes in his Art and Controversy exhibition.

  • Dealing with conflict
